Come to the library and learn how galaxies form and evolve with Dr. Lauren Corlies of Lick Observatory. Get insights on the processes at the heart of this fundamental, cosmic phenomenon as well as the big questions astronomers still have. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session and the opportunity to look at the sun through a solar telescope (if the weather allows for it!).
