Join us as we celebrate five years of bringing films to the coast with a special anniversary screening at Pacifica Performances’ Mildred Owen Concert Hall.

The evening begins with Ride of a Lifetime, a 12-minute short documentary spotlighting 24-year-old Santa Cruz surfer Alo Slebir, who just earned the Biggest Wave Award in Newport Beach. We’ll then return to the film that launched Beach Break Entertainment, Chasing Mavericks, the inspiring story of Half Moon Bay’s legendary surf break.

Special guest Kathleen Courtney, Associate Producer of Chasing Mavericks, will share behind-the-scenes stories from the making of the film. Enjoy fun giveaways from the original movie, a no-host bar and sweet treats by A Grape in the Fog, and food available from Yo Soy Ceviche.
