Managing stress and anxiety can often feel overwhelming. Sound healing combined with ear acupuncture provides a gentle, restorative approach to promote deep relaxation and enhance overall well-being.
This intimate group session will be held in a welcoming community setting with about 9 participants. You’ll be lying down comfortably on mats, with blankets and bolsters provided. Please bring your own pillow for added comfort.
We’re also offering foot reflexology as an optional add-on. This soothing technique targets specific areas of the feet to help alleviate anxiety and stress through gentle pressure.
If you’re new to our clinic and haven’t experienced acupuncture with us before, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete a brief intake form.
The cost is $40 per person, with an optional $15 fee for foot reflexology.
