The Division of the State Architect (DSA) has issued Interpretation of Regulations (IR) 11B-11: Bathrooms in Newly Constructed Housing Facilities for Undergraduate Students at a Public School, College or University on DSA’s Publications webpage.

This IR provides guidance regarding bathrooms for projects submitted for accessibility review that are housing at places of education for undergraduate students serving a public school, public college, or public university.
