Coastal Yoga & Regenerative Farm Tour at Flip Flop Farms | Pescadero Experience

Celebrate the Spring Equinox with Yoga and a Regenerative Farm Tour at Flip Flop Farms

Join us for a coastal yoga and regenerative farm tour experience at Flip Flop Farms, a certified organic farm overlooking Año Nuevo State Beach on the North Coast of Santa Cruz. This nourishing day in nature combines mindful movement, meditation, and hands-on learning about regenerative agriculture.

We’ll start with an all-levels yoga flow led by Shawna Marie, followed by an extended savasana and guided meditation to help you unwind, reset, and welcome the new season with clarity.

After a short break (bring a bag lunch or snacks), the Flip Flop Farms team will guide you through the fields for an educational farm tour. Discover how they grow nutrient-dense produce using organic and regenerative farming practices such as composting, cover cropping, crop rotation, and beneficial insect hedgerows. After the tour, stay and enjoy the coastal farm for another hour—relax, connect, and soak in the ocean air.

This inclusive and grounding Spring Equinox gathering offers space to move, learn, and experience a working regenerative farm on the Santa Cruz coast, reminding us that true healing begins with understanding ourselves, our energy, and where our food comes from.
