Grief Relief yoga is beginner friendly, can be done on a mat or in a chair, and emphasizes slow, gentle movements and breathwork. If you would like to do yoga on a mat, please bring your own. Otherwise, you are welcome to do yoga in a chair.
Tuesdays: 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM at the Pacifica Community Center (540 Crespi Dr)
Saturdays: 10 AM to 11 AM at Pacifica Sharp Park Library (104 Hilton Way)
