If you’re looking for support and a more compassionate way forward, meditation coach Steven Evans will be leading a 5-session workshop on affirmations and how they can be used to create meaningful, lasting change. 🦋

Steven will explore the power of affirmations to shift self-concept, transform our relationship with the body, and reconnect us to our creative and personal power. Each session will include an exploration of the week’s theme, along with dedicated time for coaching and support around challenges related to that topic.

The workshop will be held at Oceanside Healing (1301 Palmetto Avenue Ste B, Pacifica) on Wednesday evenings from 6 PM to 7:15 PM, starting April 22nd, ending May 20th.

Early bird cost is $121 (before April 11th). After April 11th, cost is $160.
