Through guided invitations, moments of wandering, and time to simply be, explore your relationship with the natural world and the subtle ways it may reflect your inner landscape. There will be opportunities for quiet reflection and journaling (journals and pens provided) alongside time for shared presence and tea with nourishing snacks.

Your Guide: Imuri is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and certified Forest Therapy Guide. Her work weaves together somatic awareness, relational presence, and nature-based practices. She created spaces where you can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience a sense of belonging within both their inner world and the natural world around them.
