A native New Englander, owner Marika Holmgren moved to Half Moon Bay nearly 25 years ago, and found her new Home Town here.  She is the third generation of women in her family to own a small store and believes that Home Town Mercantile should embody the feeling you get  being somewhere familiar, somewhere you feel comfort and relaxation in the things around you. Each piece we carry is carefully hand-picked to evoke whatever your definition of HOME is.
