Those who purchase tickets prior to the location announcement, will be emailed and given first choice of locations.

- $20 each for a tour of (1) property
- $40 each for a tour of (2) properties
- $60 each for a tour of (3) properties
Property locations are split into (3) time slots. One person/group can attend up to (3) locations over the course of the day.
